Mr. Cass is a very talented instructor who applied his knowledge of the Cisco Network Academy framework to help establish our office's CIO University. His understanding of the Cisco methodology helped our training academy grow larger than its parent regional academy in the first year of operation. Thanks to his extensive expertise, we were able to train more than 100 students across ten geographically separated sites in eight months, saving our organization over $850,000 in tuition and travel costs.

Our company contracted with Robert Cass to teach a computer electronics class for the Greencorps Chicago Green Industry Training Program. Mr. Cass was the lead instructor of the 2 week sessions and repeated the 2 week training twelve times. In his role, he provided instruction, feedback and evaluation of the individuals in the class.
Through the contract, Mr. Cass taught 5-6 students per class and a total of approximately 60 students over the six month contract term. Each student received instruction from Mr. Cass in the following areas: central processing units, hard drives, memory chips, laptops, desktops, power supplies, peripherals, and networking. For each topic, the students were taught to distinguish between different models and capacities, how they were used, and how to install and troubleshoot. By the end of the class session, each student could assembly and set up a computer from base components.
Mr. Cass is a competent instructor with many years of experience in the electronics and education field. His unique style of teaching catered towards select students with varying educational backgrounds and life experiences.
Sincerely, Andy Johnson |
